To keep your gear soft and long-lasting, we recommend machine washing on cold with like colors and tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach or ironing.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Jambys comfort to the rest of the world very soon.
What materials do you use in your clothing?
Our signature fabric is a proprietary Modal-Spandex blend that is breathable, eco-friendly, and significantly softer than standard cotton.
